| Directions | From Aberdeen take the A944 all the way to Sauchen. Do not go into Sauchen stay on the main road, round a couple of corners and then on to a long straight. Turn left signposted to Corsindae about a third of the way along this straight. Follow little wiggly road for approx a mile and then turn right at squint T-junction. Follow this road past a farm on left, on round a couple of sharp bends and then take first turning on left in front of a cottage (this cottage is North Milton of Corsindae). South Milton is at the end of this drive next door to a converted mill house. |

| General Description | This property is situated in an attractive rural setting secluded but not isolated with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. It is within easy reach of Aberdeen and many other thriving towns and villages. Alford, Kemnay and Inverurie are all less than ½ an hours drive. Alford ( approx 15 mins drive) has a swimming pool, dry ski slope, 18 hole golf course and a good selection of shops including a small supermarket. Kemnay (approx 15 mins drive) has an 18 hole golf course, excellent medical centre and a good selection of shops . 10 mins on from Kemnay is Inverurie which is a large town offering 2 large supermarkets, a railway station and a wide selection of shops.
There is an excellent primary school located in Midmar with a reliable school bus service. Midmar also has a village hall which holds a variety of social gatherings and is an excellent meeting place. The Millers is a large country store, with an excellent coffee shop, selling everything from newspapers to fencing posts to up-market food and clothing. It is situated on the B9119 approx 10 mins drive from the cottage.

| Accommodation | The cottage is attractively decorated throughout with curtains in all the rooms except the bathroom which has blinds. There are fitted carpets in all the rooms except the kitchen which has a vinyl floor covering. Oil fired central heating.
Wood to burn on the open fires is easily available locally. |
| Ground Floor | There are two entrances to the cottage one at the front from the garden, and one at the back . There is ample space for cars at the back door. The WC is just off the entrance vestibule. It is a reasonable size with plenty shelves for storage, matching basin and wc.
The lounge/dining room is reached from the vestibule. It has a pine table with 6 matching chairs. There is a sideboard containing attractive blue and white china enough for 8 place settings. The kitchen is just off the lounge/dining room and is equipped with an electric cooker, upright fridge/freezer and various saucepans and utensils. There is an open fire in the lounge/dining room as well as a telephone point and TV point.
Along the passage from the lounge/dining room is the sitting room. It is traditionally but comfortably furnished around a very attractive open fireplace. TV and telephone points in this room along with plenty of electric sockets. |
| First Floor | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a walk in wardrobe complete with rail and shelves. TV and telephone points in this room.
The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It is fully tiled around the bath up to the ceiling to accommodate the shower. Basin and WC, electric heated towel rail and wall heater.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table, small dressing table and stool, 1 chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe complete with rail and shelves. There is also a small airing cupboard which houses the hot water tank.

| Garden | Consists of a small lawn (mower provided!). It is enclosed by a beech hedge in front and a stone wall to the side. There are climbing roses on the front of the cottage and clematis. There is a washing line to one side of the cottage. |
